Responsibilities & Context:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate activities of the Business Development Natural Resources (Agriculture, Minerals & OGC ( Oil, Gas, Chemical))

• Promote and develop inspection business to achieve company revenue targets.

• Build and maintain key customer relationships. Identify business opportunities, negotiate deals and ensure client satisfaction.

• Improve market position and contribute to financial growth.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Conduct frequent market visits to local offices, buying houses, suppliers and manufacturers.

• Generate new business revenue by identifying, qualifying, and converting sales opportunities for NR-Commodities (Agri, MIN & OGC) inspection services.

• Develop and manage customer relationships by understanding client needs, positioning SGS value propositions, and securing repeat business.

• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting, providing timely updates on KPIs, targets, and market dynamics.

• Support timely collection of receivables by coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Gather and share market intelligence on customers, competitors, pricing trends, and emerging risks or opportunities.
