Experience:
1. Age 22 - 35 years old, male or female. Proficient in the local language (Bengali); priority will be given to those who can communicate in basic English fluently;
2. Educational background is not limited. Priority will be given to candidates with 1 - 3 years or more of FMCG sales experience; those with sales experience in biscuits, snacks, or food products may have relaxed requirements and be given priority for employment;
3. Familiar with local market channels in the assigned area; bonus points for those with rich customer resources (supermarkets, wholesalers, retailers, etc.). Candidates without experience but with strong learning ability and a strong desire to earn money can also be trained;
4. Possess good communication skills, negotiation skills, and pressure resistance, able to independently complete market development, customer maintenance, and sales tasks;
5. Responsible, with strong execution ability, integrity, a sense of teamwork, and able to adapt to short-term business trips and outdoor customer visits;
6. Priority will be given to those who can operate basic office software (such as Excel for recording sales data, Word for writing reports); training is available for those who cannot.

1. Basic Monthly Salary: 15,000 - 30,000 Taka (TK), determined through negotiation based on the candidate's experience and competence;
2. Commission Benefits: High commission based on sales volume, with no upper limit. The maximum comprehensive monthly salary can reach 300,000 Taka (TK);
3. Year-end bonuses and promotion opportunities are available for those who meet sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for market development and customer acquisition of biscuit products in the assigned area, covering all channels including supermarkets, convenience stores, wholesale markets, catering channels, and small retailers;
2. Maintain existing customer relationships, conduct regular customer visits, understand customer needs, coordinate with the factory for delivery and replenishment, resolve product and after-sales issues raised by customers, and improve customer repurchase rate;
3. Conduct accurate research on local biscuit market trends, competitor prices, promotion strategies, and consumer preferences in the area, timely feed back to the factory, and provide a basis for product iteration, price adjustment, and marketing plan formulation;
4. Set personal monthly and quarterly sales targets, and strive to achieve and exceed the sales tasks assigned by the factory;
5. Responsible for the connection, follow-up, and settlement of sales orders to ensure timely collection of payment for goods;
6. Cooperate with the factory to carry out offline promotion activities and new product launch events, assist in building regional sales networks, and enhance the brand's visibility and market share locally;
7. Publish product pictures, videos, activity introductions, etc., on various social media platforms every day as required by the company.
