Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven negotiation and contract management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Must be talkative and presentable.
Chinese or Arabic speakers will get priority.

Job Context:
The Sr. Executive role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, stakeholders, international clients, and partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven negotiation abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and within a team. This position also requires managing contracts, facilitating communication between domestic partners and internal teams, and potentially traveling internationally. Chinese or Arabic speakers will be given priority
Office Time: 9 am to 7 pm
Working days: 6 days
Weekend days: 1 day (Friday)
Job Responsibilities
Connecting clients to expatriate workers.
Collaborating with other agencies, training centers, and agents.
Facilitating effective communication between domestic partners and internal teams.
Addressing and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise.
Leading negotiations with domestic partners and clients, ensuring favorable terms and agreements.
Preparing and reviewing contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
Salary Negotiable for experienced candidates
