  • Location: Diabari, Uttara, Dhaka.

  • Job Type: Office-based

  • Office Hours: 9 am to 7 pm

  • Working Days: 6 days

  • Weekend: 1 day (Friday)

Job Context:

As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the recruitment division. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of the recruitment industry. You will work closely with agents, international clients, and partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations, while also contributing to the company’s business development efforts. Chinese or Arabic speakers will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong marketing skill

  • Need to manage agents and clients

  • Maintain Job Circulating, Medical, Training, Flight etc

  • Oversee and manage recruitment operations to ensure they align with company objectives and standards.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, stakeholders, and international clients.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate effective communication and smooth workflows.

  • Assist in business development activities, including identifying new market opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, industry regulations, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

  • Lead contract negotiations with clients and stakeholders to secure favorable terms.

  • Address and resolve operational issues that arise during the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with agents and partners to ensure successful deployment of workers.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep the company competitive.

  • Provide leadership and support to the team, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
