Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate activities of the Business Development Natural Resources (Agriculture, Minerals & OGC ( Oil, Gas, Chemical))
Promote and develop inspection business to achieve company revenue targets.
Build and maintain key customer relationships. Identify business opportunities, negotiate deals and ensure client satisfaction.
Improve market position and contribute to financial growth.
Specific Responsibilities:
Conduct frequent market visits to local offices, buying houses, suppliers, and manufacturers.
Generate new business revenue by identifying, qualifying, and converting sales opportunities for NR-Commodities (Agri, MIN & OGC) inspection services.
Develop and manage customer relationships by understanding client needs, positioning SGS value propositions, and securing repeat business.
Negotiate and close commercial agreements in line with SGS pricing, profitability, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting, providing timely updates on KPIs, targets, and market dynamics.
- Support timely collection of receivables by coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Gather and share market intelligence on customers, competitors, pricing trends, and emerging risks or opportunities.
