• Proven experience as a Retail Showroom Manager or Sales Manager (Electronics preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of electronic products and market trends.
• Basic computer skills (POS, MS Excel, inventory software)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good knowledge of electronics products (TV, Fridge, AC, home appliances, etc.)
• Honest, responsible, and self-motivated.

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations efficiently

• Lead, motivate, and supervise sales staff

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Maintain product display, stock management, and inventory control

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally

• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance

• Coordinate with suppliers and management for stock and promotions

• Ensure showroom cleanliness, discipline, and brand standards

• Salary Review: Yearly
