Responsibilities & Context:

1.      Strategic & Revenue Leadership

  • Take full ownership of annual revenue targets and growth strategy

  • Design and execute quarterly revenue roadmaps

  • Build predictable sales forecasting systems

  • Develop scalable fractional investment sales frameworks

  • Monitor and optimize revenue mix and margin performance

2.      Business Operations & Systems

  • Establish disciplined operating systems across departments

  • Build SOP-driven execution models

  • Ensure structured reporting rhythm (daily/weekly/monthly dashboards)

  • Drive performance tracking with KPI & accountability systems

  • Reduce operational inefficiencies and dependency-based execution

3.      Sales & Marketing Alignment

  • Oversee investment sales strategy and conversion optimization

  • Align marketing campaigns with revenue outcomes

  • Improve lead quality, funnel efficiency, and closing ratios

  • Supervise collections strategy and receivable management

4.      Financial & Cash Flow Control

  • Monitor cash flow stability and capital utilization

  • Align revenue realization with operational commitments

  • Drive collection discipline across teams

  • Oversee cost management without affecting growth momentum

5.       Client Experience & Retention

  • Build structured investor relationship management systems

  • Improve retention, referral, and repeat investment rate

  • Ensure transparent communication and reputation management

6.       Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build strong second-line leadership

  • Enforce accountability and performance culture

  • Upgrade team capability across functions

  • Lead change management during transition
