Education:

Additional Requirements:
  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in Brand Management or Marketing (FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods experience is a plus). Experience in Frozen Food business is preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the design process, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop). Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.

  • Execution: A "hands-on" approach with the ability to manage vendors and field teams effectively.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

We are looking for a dynamic Brand & Marketing professional to lead our 360-degree marketing efforts. You will be responsible for translating brand strategy into actionable campaigns across ATL, BTL, and TTL channels. This role requires a mix of creative vision—overseeing packaging and content design—and operational discipline in managing field activities and activations.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Integrated Campaigns (ATL/BTL/TTL)

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing calendars to increase brand awareness and market share.

  • Manage ATL (Above the Line) activities, including media planning for TV, radio, print, or outdoor advertising.

  • Lead BTL (Below the Line) initiatives such as trade shows, localized activations, and point-of-sale (POS) branding.

  • Integrate TTL (Through the Line) strategies to ensure a seamless brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints.

Field Activities & Activations

  • Plan and oversee on-ground field marketing activities, roadshows, and consumer engagement programs.

  • Coordinate with regional teams and vendors to ensure high-quality execution and brand consistency in the field.

  • Monitor competitor field activities and provide actionable insights to the senior management team.

Creative Oversight & Packaging Design

  • Lead the development of marketing collateral, ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s visual identity.

  • Collaborate with design teams or agencies to manage packaging design projects, from initial concepts to final print-ready files.

  • Ensure all product packaging is compliant with industry regulations and reflects the brand’s premium/value positioning.

Content & Digital Presence

  • Brief and supervise the creation of engaging content for social media, websites, and internal communications.

  • Manage the production of high-quality assets (video, photography, and copy) for product launches.

Performance Tracking & Budgeting

  • Track the ROI of all marketing campaigns and field activities, providing monthly reports on KPIs.

  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within cost constraints.
