    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Renowned university graduates with CGPA not less than 3.00
  • PGDHRM/Other HR certifications is an asset.

We are hiring competent Executive to perform regular HR & Admin related jobs. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain recruitment and selection process in order to ensure timely on-boarding.

  • Manage & process monthly payroll independently and ensure proper reporting.

  • Calculate income tax, PF and other deductions for employees.

  • Conduct comparative analysis and prepare reports on HRD's data.

  • Preparation of special payments like bonus, incentives, annual increments etc.

  • Prepare attendance data, calculate OT for the particular month with accuracy.

  • Process joining of new employees, background check and update HRIS.

  • Processing of performance appraisal, confirmation, promotion, transfer etc.

  • Preparation of final settlement bills, injury bills of employees.

  • Maintaining employees’ personal files, updating leave status and encashment.

  • Maintain all day-to-day office administrative activities.

  • Liaison with external agencies for regulatory compliance.
