* Understanding of digital marketing strategies
* Creative mindset with strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities & Context:
* Plan, create and manage high-converting Facebook ad campaigns
* Optimize ad performance (targeting, budgeting, A/B testing)
* Edit promotional and social media videos
* Design graphics for social media, ads, and branding materials
* Develop and maintain company websites (WordPress / Custom)
* Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports
* Coordinate with team for campaign strategy and content planning
