Responsibilities & Context:
Implement sales strategies aligned with the business goal.
Achieve sales targets, analyze performance and take corrective actions.
Ensure product availability and visibility. Monitor inventory control and damage control processes.
Guide outlet manager and outlet staffs to improve performance, skills, and engagement.
Foster a performance-driven culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and customer service excellence.
Ensure that all stores are fully compliant with local laws, health regulations, and company safety protocols.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, store operations, and staff performance.
Act as a communication bridge between head office and outlet teams.
