We need a performance marketer who lives and breathes numbers. Not someone who "runs ads" — someone who obsesses over cost per booked appointment, cost per WhatsApp conversation, cost per qualified lead, and ROAS. Someone who knows when to scale a winner and when to kill a loser without hesitation.
This is a direct revenue-driving role. If that excites you, read on.
Paid Media You'll manage Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook), Google Search, YouTube, retargeting campaigns, WhatsApp conversion campaigns, and lead form campaigns across two brands. You need to understand full-funnel structure (TOF/MOF/BOF), creative testing, budget allocation, and how to scale what works.
Funnel Strategy For NeoSmile: Awareness → Education → Retargeting → WhatsApp → Booking. For RENUE: Awareness → Educational video → Lead capture → Consultation booking.
You'll build these funnels, find the drop-off points, and fix them. The goal is simple: reduce cost per booked patient and improve conversion rates at every stage.
Data & Analytics You'll track CPL, CPA, and ROAS daily. You'll set up Pixel and Conversion API correctly, use GA4 properly, and track WhatsApp conversions. Every week you'll deliver a performance report — not a list of numbers, but actual insights.
We don't want: "Campaign is running good."
We want: "CTR improved 22% after the creative change. CPA dropped 14% after narrowing the age bracket."
Creative Testing You'll collaborate with our videographer, content team, and UGC creators. You need to understand hook psychology, write performance-driven ad copy, structure split tests properly, and give clear, data-backed feedback on what's working and why.
Budget Ownership You'll know when to increase spend, when to pull back, when to duplicate a campaign, and when to scale vertically versus horizontally. Both brands have different budget stages — NeoSmile has aggressive scaling goals, RENUE is early-stage and education-heavy.
