We are building two premium healthcare brands in Dhaka:

NeoSmile – A modern aesthetic dental brand specializing in teeth whitening, clear aligners, and smile makeovers.
RENUE – A medically supervised longevity clinic offering international health screening, preventive diagnostics, and performance optimization programs.

We are design-driven, detail-oriented, and highly protective of brand perception.

Role Overview

This role builds and manages our organic content engine (not paid ads). You will drive awareness, retargeting content, and brand authority through visual storytelling.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate UGC creators and testimonial shoots
• Write 3–5 short-form reel scripts weekly (TOF/MOF/BOF)
• Develop strong hooks and translate medical topics into relatable content
• Create and maintain Canva-based template systems
• Plan and oversee shooting days
• Direct photographers/videographers with mood boards and brand standards
• Audit all content to maintain premium positioning

Skills Required

Strong visual taste, Canva mastery, basic CapCut/Premiere skills, understanding of IG/TikTok trends, scriptwriting ability, and high attention to detail.

• 20–30 organic posts/month
• 4–6 reel concepts weekly
• Engagement growth
• Brand consistency
• Smooth content production workflow
