Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Clinic Operations
- Welcome and assist patients professionally
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Handle walk-ins and patient inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with doctors and internal team members
- Maintain patient records and CRM updates
- Respond to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone inquiries
- Explain NeoSmile services clearly and confidently
- Follow up with leads and existing patients
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Ensure fast response times and smooth communication
