Job Context
We are a fast-growing healthcare & medical aesthetics organization expanding our footprint across Dhaka and surrounding regions. We are looking for motivated and energetic Medical Sales Officers to promote our medical products and services to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities
Visit assigned doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers regularly
Promote medical products/services ethically and professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
Generate prescriptions / referrals and achieve monthly sales targets
Organize and support product presentations, CME programs, and promotional activities
Collect market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Maintain accurate daily call reports and sales documentation
Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and medical sales regulations

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Science background preferred
Diploma or training in medical sales will be an advantage
Experience Requirements
Freshers are encouraged to apply OR
1–3 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in meeting doctors and healthcare professionals
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and reporting tools
Motorcycle ownership and valid driving license preferred
