  • Excellent phone call handling and communication skills
  • Basic IT knowledge & understanding of software-related products
  • Ability to use Google Meet, TeamViewer, AnyDesk
  • Typing Speed:
    • Bangla: 20 WPM
    • English: 30 WPM

Work Shift

  • Female: 7.30 AM – 4.00 PM
  • Male: 3.30 PM – 12.00 AM

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone & online channels
  • Provide information about all digital products of RBD Global
  • Maintain customer follow-up, call logs, reports
  • Provide remote technical support when needed
  • Communicate with internal technical team
  • Ensure high-quality customer service
