Required Knowledge

Must know how to complete, check, and verify medical reports , including:

  • Required test items
  • Report completeness (signatures, stamps, document matching)
  • Follow-up with medical centers for corrections

Clear understanding of legal processes:

  • BMET Smart Card
  • Visa documentation requirements
  • Embassy submission & attestation
  • Worker insurance & welfare documentation

Additional Requirements

  •  Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant manpower work
  •  Experience with Manpower, Embassy, Agent handling, and BMET processes
  •  Previous experience in Manpower Recruiting Agencies
  •  Basic knowledge of ticketing will be an added advantage
  •  Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  •  Ability to work under pressure and execute tasks efficiently
  •  Strong communication and writing skills in Bangla & English
  •  Computer proficiency: MS Office, MS Excel, Scanning, Internet Browsing, etc.
  •  Typing ability in both Bangla and English
  •  Ability to think creatively and solve problems

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Manpower Recruitment sector.
  • Experience in manpower business, overseas recruitment, and deployment workflow.

Job Responsibilities

  •  Manage the complete cycle of overseas manpower recruitment.
  •  Coordinate candidate screening, document collection, and processing.
  •  Sending candidates to approved medical centers
  •  Understanding required medical test lists
  •  Collecting and verifying completed reports
  •  Ensuring reports are stamped, signed, and acceptable for destination countries
  •  Manage BMET registration, smart card creation, and clearance.
  •  Communicate with manpower agencies, embassies, and overseas agents.
  •  Prepare and verify all visa-related documents and employment contracts.
  •  Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and candidate records.
  •  Ensure full legal compliance with overseas recruitment procedures.
