The role requires working a full shift from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (including breaks). We recommend this position only for those who can commit patiently and consistently for the long term.
The applicant should have a computer with good specifications, power backup, and stable high-speed internet.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain smooth and effective communication through email and other channels.
Pleasantly address customer queries and forward them to the relevant department.
Review and organize tasks based on priority.
Ensure daily reporting on billing, settlement, equipment control, and related tasks (training will be provided where needed).
Complete all other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
