Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified B2B leads for the USA and Canada markets through proactive outbound/inbound calling and email.

• Confidently present and explain our products/services, addressing prospect questions with clarity and professionalism.

• Identify customer needs, handle objections, and qualify prospects using consultative selling techniques.

• Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English proficiency – strong speaking, active listening, and writing abilities are required.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Previous experience in a telesales or outbound sales role is preferred.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.

• Comfortable working night shift hours.
