Education:

• HSC
• O Level
• Bachelor/Honors

• Willing to work night shifts aligned with USA & Canada business hours (Bangladesh time: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).

• Open to a probation period of 3–6 months, depending on performance.

• Strong spoken English skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both positive and challenging situations.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently while effectively multitasking.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Basic proficiency in essential software such as MS Word, MS Excel, and email.

• Prior experience in call centers, telemarketing, or similar roles is preferred.

• Must be punctual, disciplined, and maintain a professional attitude.

Responsibilities & Context

• Make outbound calls to USA / Canada customers and handle different topics according to the communication script.

• Identify customers` needs, clarify information,

• Sell services / products over the phone as per the instructions provided.

• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

• Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
