• Manage MCA campaign operations from lead generation to deal closure

• Understand and optimize MCA data sources and lead flow

• Handle closing strategies, takeover, and transfer calls

• Lead, manage, and mentor a sales/call center team

• Improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance

• Support team scaling and expansion when required

• Weekly 2 holidays,Performance bonus,Profit share
