• Must be willing to work night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Bangladesh time, USA hours)

• Must agree to a 6-month probation period based on performance

• Must speak clear and persuasive English

• Must be punctual, polite, and professional at all times

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills required

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and multitask

• Strong customer service attitude and proper phone etiquette required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, etc.) required

• Call center/telemarketing experience is a plus but not required

• Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls from U.S. business owners in fluent English, speaking clearly and confidently

• Explain the product/service according to the provided script

• Qualify customers, answer their questions, and provide appropriate solutions

• Sell the product/service to customers over the phone
