Responsibilities & Context Serviqore provides real-time security operations oversight, report auditing, and international communications for Western security firms across North America. We are seeking disciplined and enthusiastic undergraduate students to join us as Security Operations Center (SOC) Intern.

Working directly out of our secure operational facility in Dhaka, the SOC Intern will support the core operations team. This role is designed to provide hands-on training where the intern will learn how to monitor live security data and facilitate international communications under the guidance of experienced supervisors.

The key responsibilities for this role will include supporting the following tasks:

• Assist in Live Operations Monitoring: Support the team in tracking live GPS checkpoints, monitoring software alerts, and observing guard telemetry in real-time.

• Support Report QA & Auditing: Assist in reviewing and formatting Daily Activity Reports (DARs) to ensure strict English accuracy and compliance with client standards.

• Learn International Communication: Shadow and assist in coordinating clear, professional communications with foreign clients, supervisors, and field teams via email, web portals, and communication apps.

• Familiarize with Protocol Execution: Learn and practice executing specific SOC workflows and emergency escalation procedures during fast-paced scenarios under supervisor guidance.

• Perform other related learning tasks and operational support duties as assigned by the supervisor.
