Required Skills & Expertise:

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  Relevant courses in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field are highly preferred.
  

• Software Proficiency:

  Must-have: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, Lightroom.

  Plus: Canva/Capcut.

  Please note: We are looking for a hands-on creative professional with strong design, photography, videography, and video-editing capabilities. Canva alone is not the primary skill we are seeking.
  

• Technical Skills:

  Strong capability in photo shoot and video shoot direction/production.

  Excellent visual storytelling and typography skills.

  Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  

• Soft Skills:

  Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.

  Excellent visual storytelling and typography skills.

Colissia Global Ltd. is looking for a talented, creative, and innovative Creative Designer to join our team and lead the visual content creation through compelling visuals for our growing portfolio. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of visual media, photo/video production, motion design and video editing across Colissia and its partner brands.

Your Role

As a Creative Designer at Colissia Global Ltd., you will be responsible for developing engaging visual content for our in-house brands and affiliated businesses. From product photoshoots to promotional videos, your creativity will help shape the identity of our brands and strengthen their digital presence.

Job Responsibilities:

i) Graphic Design & Branding:

• Enhance visual storytelling and brand identity.

• Conceptualize and design engaging graphic assets, digital promotional materials, website banners, social media posts, print materials and so on.

• Develop branding elements, including logos, brochures, and presentations.

• Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for digital platforms, including websites and mobile applications.

• Ensure visual consistency and brand identity across all platforms.

ii) Multimedia & Motion Graphics:

• Create modern and eye-catching motion graphics for digital promotions.

• Edit high-quality videos for social media and marketing campaigns.

• Enhance visual storytelling through compelling typography and imagery.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

iii) Content Creation:

• Conduct photo shoots and video shoots for product showcasing and promotional content.

• Manage the entire creative pipeline from conceptualization to final output.

• Develop visually appealing motion graphics and promotional video content.

• Keep up with the latest trends in graphic design, photography, videography, motion graphics, and digital marketing.

iv) Administrative:

• Other administrative tasks assigned by management.
