Responsibilities & Context:
• Provide overall strategic leadership for global pharmaceutical business and international expansion.
• Oversee and guide Associate/Deputy Heads across regions and portfolios.
• Own international P&L, growth strategy, pricing framework, and market prioritization.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with Regulatory, R&D, QA, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Represent international business at board, partner, and regulatory stakeholder levels.
