  • 4-5 years of experiences (for Senior Executive position) and 1-3 years of experiences (for Executive position) in Human Resource Management or related fields within a reputed company.

  • Age around 32 years

  • Must have good knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in a multi-cultural environment.

Job Location: Head Office, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, on-boarding support, orientation sessions, employee ID creation, HR system updates, and bank account opening.

  • Preparing and circulating all HR and office-related notices and circulars.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files, attendance, leave data, and regularly updating the HR database by collecting required documentation.

  • Preparing monthly HR reports such as new joiners, confirmations, transfers, resignations, and maintaining the employee database.

  • Providing administrative and documentation support to the Legal Department as required.

  • Processing employee final settlements.
