Education:

  • Prepare and record daily accounting vouchers in SAP in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

  • Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports in accordance with organizational policies and accounting standards.

  • Maintain and organize all financial and accounting records, files, and supporting documentation in compliance with internal control procedures.

  • Calculate costs and prepare relevant vouchers in SAP to ensure proper financial recording.

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, including budgeting for payments and expenditures.

  • Support and coordinate internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and information.

  • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
