Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for Busines Development:
1.reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet company required target and Regular searching and development new market.
2.To collect pharmaceutical product requirements - both new product & existing product from customer.
3.To develop sources for pharmaceutical products.
4.To communicate customers for pharmaceutical samples, documents, prices etc. according to the customer's requirement.
5.To look after quality & documents related technical issues/complaints of commercial consignments.
6.To research & study new products (i.e. API, Excipient, Healthcare items etc.).
7.To perform any other related jobs assigned by the management.
8.Attain regular customer’s feedback and analyze complaint to improve business performance.
9.Abide by the objectives of the QMS as per the defined KPI.
