Responsibilities & Context:
1. Conduct Risk Assessments and Identify Hazards
Perform job-specific risk assessments and proactively identify workplace hazards to prevent
accidents.
2. Investigate Incidents and Accidents
Lead or support incident investigations, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement
corrective actions.
3. Deliver Safety Trainings and Toolbox Talks
Organize and conduct regular safety inductions, awareness programs, and daily toolbox talks for employees.
4. Perform Site Safety Inspections
Carry out routine safety inspections of production, warehouse, utility, and other operational areas.
5. Ensure Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Monitor compliance with national labor laws, ECR, and international standards like ISO
9001:2015,ISO:45001/2018,ISO:14001/2015.
6 . ETP Full Operation.
Ensure overall compliance with environmental regulations. Review all operation records and log books. Handle statutory reporting and sludge disposal coordination with third parties (e.g., Lafarge).
