Responsibilities & Context:
1.Oversee end-to-end depot operations, including distribution, warehousing, inventory, logistics, transportation, and security.
2.Ensure optimal inventory, 100% stock accuracy, proper medicine storage, expiry control, cycle counting, broken product management and stock reconciliation.
3.Ensure timely market distribution, sales collection, outstanding management, and compliance with SOPs, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
4.Manage fleet, security, and administrative operations while coordinating with Procurement, Accounts, Administration, Sales, and Clinical teams.
5.Provide regular management reports and supervise, and motivate the depot team.
