Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain regular communication with existing buyers on a need basis and ensure strong, ongoing business relationships.
Handle order procurement and finalize Purchase Orders (PO) and Proforma Invoices (PI).
Review sales and shipment values on a monthly basis and prepare relevant reports.
Develop new buyers, explore new business opportunities, and work with different departments for successful business initiation in SRA markets.
Coordinate with the Regulatory Affairs team for product registration, dossier submission (CTD/eCTD), and query responses from SRA country authorities.
Support GMP audits and regulatory inspections by SRA authorities and overseas buyers, including pre-audit preparation and coordination with QA/QC and factory teams.
Monitor regulatory updates, market trends, and competitor activities in SRA countries and share actionable insights with management.
Participate in international tenders, pricing negotiations, and preparation of quotations/offers for SRA market customers.
Coordinate pharmacovigilance-related communication (e.g., product complaints, adverse event reporting) with buyers and internal stakeholders as per market requirements.
