• Master of Business Management (MBM)

• Age At least 45 years

Search and prepare market data as well as internal data to identify potential for growth.

Formulate Strategic Marketing Plan to materialize the long-term business objectives of the company.

Provide guidelines and support to team members of Strategic Brand Management Team in all aspects of product management, new product launching and marketing activities.

Visit field and interact with field personnel to get their feedback and motivate them to establish brand as per company strategic objective.

Build relationship with KOLs to build company image and also to establish key brand.

Propose the sales budget and sales forecasting, prepare the regular reports.

Follows up the outstanding invoices and contact clients in case of the late payments.

Take ownership and accountability for implementing Account Business Plans. Leverage internal system for information related to call planning, customer identification and contacts management, account strategy and planning and customer needs follow up.

Responsible for achieving the sales target given.

Making growth plan to increase customer base along with introduction of new products in existing customers.

Act in accordance with the applicable company compliance guidelines.
