Responsibilities & Context:
Handling the accounts & Finance department of the pharmaceutical company independently.
Monitoring day-to-day accounting, finance, and banking-related work regularly & monthly performance reporting.
Analyzing financial data and present insights to management to guide decision-making.
Reviewing journal entries, accruals, and other adjustments to maintain accurate financial records.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets, conduct variance analyses, and provide actionable insights into financial performance.
Assisting in the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Ensuring all regulatory compliance relating to Income Tax, VAT, customs, etc.
Overseeing day-to-day accounts, invoices, cash management, and internal financial reporting.
