Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description/Responsibilities

·       Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials and finished goods.

·       Ensure effective inventory control systems to minimize losses, discrepancies, and stock variances.

·       Manage retest materials, rejected materials, and finished goods returns.

·       Perform product planning and inventory control activities.

·       Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual material consumption reports.

·       Prepare monthly, half-yearly, and annual procurement budgets.

·       Prepare and maintain SOPs, GMP-related documents, and warehouse records.

·       Handle deviations, change controls, risk assessments, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

·       Perform material reconciliation, monthly inventory, physical stock verification, and inventory adjustments in accordance with SOPs.

·       Prepare monthly reports on quarantine, retest, near-expiry, and expired raw materials (RM), submit them to the QC Department for necessary action, and ensure proper handling of defective and unusable materials.

·       Prepare protocols for instrument qualification and related documentation.

·       Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs, and other regulatory requirements in all warehouse operations.

·       Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation using ERP software.

·       Operate and maintain warehouse transactions through ERP software and generate required inventory reports.

Coordinate effectively with Production, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Procurement, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth
