Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and oversee end-to-end pharmacy operations (IPD & OPD)
Ensure accurate dispensing and adherence to medication safety standards
Maintain effective inventory control, procurement, and stock management
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
Lead, supervise, and develop pharmacy team members; prepare duty rosters
Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure optimal patient care
Monitor drug quality, expiry control, and minimize wastage
