Responsibilities & Context:

• Operate and maintain utility systems, including Boilers, Chillers, HVAC, Diesel Generators, Gas Generators, WTP, ETP, STP, Air Compressors, and BMS.

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Monitor utility performance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement effective solutions.

• Prepare and maintain SOPs, maintenance records, and technical documentation.

• Execute engineering projects and support continuous utility improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and company policies.

• Manage spare parts inventory and support procurement activities through the ERP system.
