Responsibilities & Context:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
Carry out daily monitoring and inspections of the HVAC system to ensure smooth operation and maintain the daily logbook.
Provide electro-mechanical support to vendors during maintenance activities related to the HVAC system, as required.
Prepare and review SOPs, the yearly preventive maintenance plan, and qualification/re-qualification protocols and reports for the HVAC system.
Conduct daily monitoring of BMS operations for the respective area to ensure compliance with environmental conditions.
