Responsibilities & Context:
Manage strategic sourcing and procurement of APIs, excipients, biotech, oncology, and other materials for domestic and export markets, including new and alternative sources.
Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified vendors to ensure competitive pricing, material quality, supply continuity, and regulatory compliance.
Support new product and business development projects by coordinating sourcing activities and ensuring timely project completion.
Arrange material samples, product development trials, technical information, and required Quality Control and regulatory documents.
Manage import and local procurement activities and coordinate CTD dossiers, DMFs, vendor approval documents, and export registration requirements.
