Minimum 10 years of relevent experience in warehouse, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Skills:
Familiarity with industry databases and sources of pharmaceutical warehouse data
Ability to interpret complex situation and create actionable recommendations
Strong Knowledge on IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
Exposure to regulatory requirements and manufacturing practices in EU, NVISA, and FDA-approved facilities will be considered an added advantage
Proficiency in the SAP Tracking Module will be preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Depth Knowledge on pharmaceutical warehouse management and regulatory compliance
Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in a multi-cultural environment

Job Responsibilities
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards
Adhere strictly to World Health Organization (WHO) and local health authority standards, ensuring accurate licensing, temperature controls and hazardous material protocols
Monitor the receipt, storage, dispatch and tracking of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods
Ensure secure storage of all inventory from raw materials to finished drugs-are stored securely, as per FIFO, FEFO, LIFO, principles where applicable
Manage the proper segregation and disposal of expired, damaged or recalled products
Manage the specific temperature, humidity and lighting requirements for sensitive materials & products during storage, transportation & distribution ensuring the fleet and facility meet the cGMP & GDP regulations
Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization and manpower to streamline operations
Implement rigorous Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures, MSDS, including safety drills and equipment training
Facilitate internal audits and maintain flawless records for inspections by regulatory bodies
