Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitor the promotional activities of existing products;
- Explore new projects;
- Prepare packaging and promotional materials;
- Arrange gift and sample for month-to-month promotion;
- Coordinate with R&D, QA and production for new product developments;
- Coordinate with Sales team for portfolio achievement;
- Achieve the specific KPIs set by the department;
- Yearly forecast and budget preparation;
- Coordinate with Regulatory team for Brand Name, Price and other approval related issues;
- Prepare training materials and Training to New TO/TES;
- Visit doctors and chemists;
- Arrange RTD/CME/Scientific seminar.
