Farm visit and Conduct Seminar and Farmer conference.
Smart, energetic and self-innovative.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct regular farm and veterinary clinic visits.
Provide technical veterinary support and disease management advice.
Promote company products through scientific detailing.
Generate prescriptions from veterinarians and consultants.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Build and maintain relationships with farmers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
Organize farmer meetings, seminars, and product demonstrations.
Monitor competitor products and market activities.
Collect field data and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers.
Ensure product availability through dealer coordination.
Comply with company policies, SOPs, and ethical promotional practices.
