• Age At least 24 years

• Candidates with 2-4 years of relevant experience will be given preference.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good analytical skills including computer proficiency.

• Ability and willingness to work in the field and visit doctors and pharmacies.

• Ability to develop effective relationships with medical doctors, particularly opinion leaders & key prescribers.

• Ability to work in cross functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate and oversee marketing strategies, promotional initiatives, and brand plans for the designated portfolio of brands.

• Identify & capitalize on new business opportunities, introducing timely products through strategic planning and effective project management.

• Analyze the performance of brands and the overall portfolio, implementing monthly action plans for field forces, and providing training to enhance their performance and achieve goals.

• Develop an annual budget and optimize allocated resources for the assigned portfolio.

• Organize and attend CME, RTD and FGD on the designated portfolio in collaboration with KOLs.
