• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries
• Master of Science (MSc) in Fisheries

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At most 35 years
• Only Male

• Experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry will be given preference.

• Ability to work as a team member.

• Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

• Proficient at communicating in both English and Bengali.

• Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.

• Smart, energetic and self-innovative.

• Conduct routine visits to assigned fish farms and hatcheries to monitor operations and provide on-site support of the assigned area.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with fish farmers, hatchery operators, and customers.

• Contribute actively to achieving the company’s overall objectives.

• Promote the aqua products to fish farmers, hatchery owners, fisheries officer and traders.

• Train the field force on aqua - products, diseases, treatment, farming strategy and core selling points.

• Organize and lead meetings and seminars.

• Carry out any additional duties as assigned by Management.
