The Plant Manager of Bridge Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is responsible for the overall management of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production, compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements, achievement of quality standards, optimal utilization of resources, workplace safety, and continuous improvement while meeting the Company's operational and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities of a Plant Manager:
Drive and oversee all core plant operations—including Production, Total inventory, Engineering and Maintenance, Administration, Security & Safety, Legal compliance like VAT, Tax, Environment, DGDA Inspection, QC, QA, PD to align daily execution with overall company goals.
Enforce strict adherence to GMP guidelines, regulatory standards, and internal policies, maintaining full inspection readiness for audits.
Lead end-to-end manufacturing to achieve target volumes and on-time delivery while maintaining strict product quality and maximum process yield.
Ensure optimal allocation and utilization of manpower, machinery, and plant utilities to minimize operational downtime and reduce manufacturing costs.
Oversee raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory to guarantee seamless production continuity and eliminate supply disruptions.
Develop, manage, and control the plant’s operational (OpEx) and capital (CapEx) budgets, driving cost-containment and resource efficiency initiatives.
Foster a zero-defect quality mindset across all teams, ensuring timely investigation of deviations, non-conformances, and execution of effective CAPAs.
Maintain a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace by upholding strict EHS standards, waste management, and workplace safety protocols.
Drive continuous improvement methodologies and oversee facility modernizations, validations, and technology upgrades.
Enforce rigorous data integrity practices across both digital and paper records (ALCOA+ principles) in coordination with QA and IT teams.
Develop, mentor, and evaluate department heads and plant staff to build strong technical capabilities, leadership pipelines, and a positive work culture.
Coordinate closely with corporate headquarters, commercial teams, and R&D, presenting key performance indicators (KPIs), operational reports, and strategic plans to executive leadership.
