Job Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to strengthen the company's product portfolio and achieve business objectives.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical products across both traditional and digital platforms.
Prepare promotional materials, product literatures, visual aids, presentations, brochures, and digital content in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Portfolio wise market research, market Size, competitive activities & competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Monitor product performance, sales trends, market feedback, and campaign effectiveness, and prepare regular reports for management.
Coordinate with the Sales, HR, Production, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Accounts teams to ensure the timely execution of marketing activities.
Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, scientific seminars, chemist or traders meetings, training programs, and other brand activation initiatives.
Assist in preparing annual marketing plans, promotional budgets, and product forecasts.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and promotional materials.
Develop product presentations and training materials for the field force to enhance product knowledge and promotional effectiveness.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, printing press, and digital marketing partners to ensure high-quality marketing deliverables.
Maintain proper records of marketing activities, promotional materials, and campaign outcomes.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management in support of the Marketing Department.
Job Requirements
B. Pharm & M. Pharm Or MBA
2–3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Brand Marketing (fresh graduates with strong potential may also apply, if applicable).
Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and brand management principles.
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); knowledge of digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.
A proactive, creative, and result-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Knowledge of ethical pharmaceutical promotional practices and regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.
