Responsibilities & Context:
  • Source and procure high-quality local and international raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

  • Manage procurement planning for RM, PM, gifts, stationery, and other operational materials in accordance with company procurement policies.

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) and work orders while ensuring timely order processing and supplier compliance.

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements to optimize procurement costs and supplier performance.

  • Develop comparative statements (CS), quotation analyses, supplier evaluations, commercial documents, and supply chain reports to support strategic sourcing decisions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure reliable material availability and long-term partnerships.

  • Coordinate closely with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material planning and production continuity.

  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to material quality, quantity, delivery delays, and contractual compliance.

  • Track domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time delivery of manufacturing materials.

  • Manage end-to-end commercial activities, including import purchase orders, Letter of Credit (LC) processing, shipping documentation, customs clearance, and supplier coordination.

  • Support end-to-end supply chain operations and execute additional SCM responsibilities assigned by management.

  • Perform RM and PM planning based on production forecasts, demand, and inventory requirements.

  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs, minimize excess inventory, and optimize working capital.

  • Analyze material consumption trends and production requirements to improve procurement planning and reduce material wastage.

  • Manage ERP operations, including purchase order tracking, material consumption analysis, price updates, import PO management, inventory reporting, and master data maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and supply chain documentation while ensuring ERP data integrity and compliance with company standards.
