• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical product executive role is a plus.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and analytical instruments.

• Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and   quality standards  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and reliable results.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

• Familiarity with fundamental operations in MS Excel and MS Word

• Monitoring the production process and adjusting schedules as needed.

• Supervising and checking manufacturing instructions and ensuring that these are followed.

• Supervising maintenance, premises and manufacturing equipment.

• Ensuring that necessary validation for manufacturing procedures is carried out.

• Ensuring that batch manufacturing records and batch packaging records are reviewed and signed by authorized person before they are passed on to QC /QA Department.

• Participating in audits (suppliers and subcontractors) & in self-inspection.

• Helping process complaints.

• Raising and implementing change control.

• Ensure implementation and evaluation of safety procedure.

• Ensuring reworking of any finished and semi-finished products that have been rejected and that have not been rejected.

• Ensuring that required initial and continuous training of production personnel is carried out and adapted to the need and motivate subordinates accordingly.

• Any other relevant duties assigned by higher authority as and when required.

• Ensuring the batch manufacturing records (BMR) are filled and signed properly.

• Address any deviation issues during process work and notifying to supervisor.

• Ensuring the cleaning of production area and equipment are in place.
