  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Typically, 3-5 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is often preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, drug therapies, and clinical guidelines.

  • Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and EHR software.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute effective out sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.

  • Prepare and manage duty rosters, ensuring proper scheduling of staff, managing duty times, approving leaves, and arranging replacement staff as needed.

  • Regularly visit all stores and outlets to oversee operations, ensure compliance, and support the sales and pharmacy teams.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.       

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of pharmaceuticals.       

  • Train, and supervise pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.        

  • Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.       

  • Conduct performance reviews and manage team development.            

  • Promote wellness and health education when appropriate·        

  • Monitor pharmacy budget and financial performance.

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

  • Efficiently handling various situation under pressure, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the team to meet organizational goals.
