Responsibilities & Context:
Organize and carryout analytical activities of Raw & Packaging Materials and Finished Products and to ensure quality of Product.
Maintain ISO 9001: 2008 related Documents. Ensure daily production as per production schedule.
Ensure cleanliness of production area before departure.
Maintain documentation of Raw & Packaging Materials and Finished Products. Handle all sophisticated QC Instruments like HPLC, UP-Spectrophotometer, IR, Dissolution tester, Autotitrator and Disintegration Tester etc.
Prepare and review SOP's Specifications & Methods for Raw-Materials, Packaging Materials & Finished Goods etc.
Validation of Analytical methods, Cleaning and Qualification of Equipment. Preparation & Standardization of Volumetric Solution, Secondary Working Standards from Reference Standard etc.
Calibration of all sophisticated QC Equipment. Maintain all Room Control Record every day in specific Format & Logbook.
Prepare the Letter of Acceptance after receiving, Checking and Testing of Raw & Packaging Materials.
Ensure Pass label to all containers of Raw Materials.
Additional duties as assigned by the superior.
