• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

• Age At least 20 years

• 3-5 years of relevant experience (Preferred)

• Must possess excellent planning, communication & interpersonal skills

• Smart, energetic and willing to travel frequently

• Strong analytical ability & creativity in product strategy development

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply

• Monitor new product development and launching activities.

• Generating innovating ideas and strategies to cover the maximum number of customers.

• Identifying new molecules and conducting market analysis of new products for launching & take care of assigned portfolio.

• Prepare quarterly brand strategic and tactics for field force and ensure execution in the marketplace.

• Develop marketing strategy, budget and promotional activities for the assigned brands.

• Analyze brand performance and implement monthly action plans for field force.

• Designer attractive campaigns to increase prescriptions of assigned brands

• Preparing effective and time demanded promotional materials on assigned product.

• Monitoring sales trends and always driving for growth.

• Allocating and monitoring promotional items for best utilization

• Actively involving in people development processes within the Sales Team

• Any other task assigned by management
